Meditation | Breathwork | Ceremony | Integration

Self-realization and transformation through meditation, breathwork, and the intentional, sacramental use of entheogens.

Hi, my name is Andrew. I have spent the last 20 years studying consciousness, practicing meditation and breathwork, and, in general, being a scientist in this laboratory of life. It is in the spirit of service that I offer my time and experience to fellow travelers to assist the evolution of mankind toward a more holistic vision of a global community — based on the principles of Love, Freedom, and the fundamental Unity of All Life.

I offer individuals long term relationships with bi-weekly meetings to learn these practices of self-discovery in a container of safety, trust and love.

I offer groups the opportunity to be guided in theses practices both online and at in person workshops.

  • Meditation

Meditation is the continual practice of observing the mind moment-to-moment. Through the practice we break the spell of continually being lost in the thought and are able to wake up more and more from the dreamlike state of identification with thoughts, sensations, perceptions, and emotions. Through this most powerful practice we recognize the fundamental nature of mind and the associated qualities of freedom, equanimity, and acceptance.

  • Breathwork

Breathwork is the door to exploring aspects of the psyche that are seeking integration into a larger whole. It is a gentle process that relies completely on your own internal compass to guide and direct your awareness to spaces needing tending to. It elevates every aspect of one’s life- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually- and aides in the clearing process that expedites meditative insight.

  • Ceremony

Ceremony is creating sacred space to step outside of normal conceptual boundaries, in order to expand one’s being further into the Unknown. It aides in shedding layers of identity, acting as a rite of passage into new levels of being, and allows us in understanding what lies beyond the edges of our current conceptions of Reality. Utilizing sacramental entheogens is difficult work and we are asked to take responsibility for all aspects of our Life in order to be conscious creators of our reality.

  • Integration

Integration is the art of embodying the knowledge and wisdom received through spiritual practice. It is the work of translating insight into day-to-day life and living discovered truths in total mind-body-spirit alignment. It is the sacred act of creation, of bringing energy from the infinite field of potential into being in the material level of reality.

Andrew Snope

For the last 20 years, after a powerful rite of passage into both adulthood and the esoteric, I have dedicated myself to exploring consciousness through meditation, breathwork, study, physical endurance, and ceremony.

Working with many teachers over the years has allowed me to gain insight into the nature of mind and consciousness, the illusion of self, free will, and awareness. By integrating and embodying this wisdom, I am living from a place of freedom, equanimity, love, and joy.

My strength in guiding others in these practices comes from first hand experience. Although I have worked with many wise teachers who spoke truths, it is only through discovering them myself in practice that I am able to embody and transmit this wisdom through pointing out to others how to discover this on their own.
