Integrative Breathwork

“This seemingly simple process, combining breathing, evocative music and other forms of sound, body work, and artistic expression, has an extraordinary potential for opening the way for exploring the entire spectrum of the inner world.” — Stan Grof

Integrative breathwork is a practice that allows breathers to connect deeply with their own inner wisdom, guidance, and impetus toward wholeness and healing.

A typical breathing session can last from 45 minutes up to 3 hours. Creating a comfortable space and opening with meditation allows one to drop in to the experience as dynamic music inspires the ensuing inner journey. Your facilitator operates as space holder, creating a wide open presence for your process, not interfering, but available should anything be needed.

Sharing and integration support post breathwork is integral to the work, to bring the experience from the inner landscape into embodied truth.
